3.4 KYC Verification. 77xp may require players to submit identity verification documents (including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by 77xp's compliance team. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of access to funds pending investigation.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77xp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any and all activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorized by you.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 77xp support immediately if you become aware of or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. 77xp will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but will not be liable for losses sustained prior to notification.
4.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your 77xp account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
4.4 Account Currency. All 77xp accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to balances, bets, or payouts. The PKR amount displayed is the PKR amount processed.
4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have remained inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 77xp reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

6.3 Errors and Manifest Errors. Where a game, odds feed, or betting market contains an obvious or manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect market outcomes, or technical malfunctions — 77xp reserves the right to void affected bets, correct errors retroactively, and adjust account balances accordingly. Players will be notified of any such voidance.

11.1 Service Availability. 77xp endeavors to maintain Platform availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 11.2 No Warranty. 11.3 Limitation of Liability. 13.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited, including both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. In cases involving fraud or financial crime, all funds will be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
13.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77xp support. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
13.4 Re-Registration. Players whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of these Terms may not re-register on the Platform without 77xp's express written consent. Attempting to re-register following a breach-related closure may result in the new account being closed and referred to relevant authorities.
